Returns

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with 

FADUIIOproducts. If you are not satisfied and wish to return your order, we will accept it as long as the product is at least 75% intact and within 30 days. For return instructions, please contact us at services@faduiio.com, or use the chat feature on our website so we can provide you with the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return any items before contacting us and obtaining an RMA number. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the returned items are received, we will process the return and issue a refund within 1-2 business days.
