FADUIIO Haircare 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At FADUIIO Haircare, we are confident in our products and quality control. If you are not satisfied with your FADUIIO Haircare product, you may request a refund or replacement. Please note that because we cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the FADUIIO Haircare 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise required by law. Additionally, this guarantee is limited to the original end-user purchaser.
How to Apply for the Guarantee
To submit a guarantee claim, please contact us via our customer service email at services@faduiio.com and provide the following information:
- Place of purchase
- Purchase date
- Receipt
- Photos of the product
You must submit your claim within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that in some cases, you may be required to return the product to us. If a return is required, you may be responsible for the shipping cost. Do not send any products to us without prior authorization.
Guarantee Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify information, request a receipt, and deny guarantee claims in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the FADUIO Haircare 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
